What’s next?
First off, we at DrivePayments want to say thank you for the opportunity to work with you and your organization. We understand you have many choices when it comes to credit card processing and you are putting your trust with us. Thank you.
Acceptance of application (within 24 hours) Once our team has carefully reviewed your information we will send the final application to the owner/officer for approval. For most accounts, the owner/officer will receive a direct email to complete the application within 24 hours. However, there are some instances where we will need a physical signature or Docusign but we will contact you if this is the case.
Live Account (1-3 business days from application acceptance) Your account is live and ready to process transactions! You will receive a welcome email with further instructions based on how you process payments.
PCI Compliance (must be completed within 60 days of going live) PCI Compliance is required by all of the card associations to protect your customers and your business. To avoid any “NON PCI” fees, please make sure you complete PCI as soon as possible. Once you are logged in, click “My Account” and you’ll see a link directing you to complete PCI.
Cancel old merchant account(s) (within 30 days of converting all of your processing) If you switched over from another company please remember to close out your old account(s) with them. **DO NOT DO THIS UNTIL YOU HAVE CONVERTED ALL OF YOUR PROCESSING**
